Dan and his team recently sold our house in Weston (Nov 19) and I can honestly say they were a pleasure to work with them. The X factor that this team have is the fact that they always keep you informed (it feels like I've spent my life chasing estate agents in the past) and they were always pro-active and helpful in other aspects which I hadn't thought of. An example was properties that I was considering making an offer on. There was nothing in it for Dan but he was always happy to offer his opinion and expertise.
